Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to be made?
All of our pieces are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
We post all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually arrives within 1–3 business days from dispatch. During busy periods, delivery can take a little longer, so please allow up to 5 business days before getting in touch.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes — you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which usually arrives within 1 business day from dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the USA with fully tracked delivery. Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, though during busy times this can take up to 20 business days.
Orders & Returns
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Please get in touch so we can help. We’ll do everything we can to locate your parcel and make things right.
Can I return my order?
Customised or personalised items can’t be returned or refunded.
For all other items, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Please send returns via a tracked service to ensure they arrive safely.
Once received and checked, a refund will be issued for the item (excluding original postage). If an item isn’t returned in its original condition, a deduction may be made to cover any loss in value.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry if your order was damaged in transit. Please contact us on the day your parcel arrives, including a clear photo of both the item and its packaging.
If damage occurs within 14 days of receiving your order, please email us with photos and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. We’ll cover the cost of return postage via a partial shipping refund.
